Returns + Exchanges

At Ginger June, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches. Because perfumes, bath, body, and personal care products are personal-use items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on these products once an order has shipped.

Not sure which perfume is right for you? We highly recommend trying a sample first. Our sample sprays make it easy to wear a fragrance for a few days and experience how it develops on your skin before committing to a full-size bottle.

Candle Returns

Unused and unburned candles may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Returned candles must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to make it right.

A Little Note From Us

As a small-batch studio, returned personal care products cannot be restocked or resold—even when they’ve only been tried once. Our sample options allow us to give you an affordable way to try a scent first while keeping unnecessary product waste to a minimum.
