RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

 

If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your Ginger June Candle Co. products, we would love to help make that right! Please reach out to cass@gingerjune.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. We require proof of purchase to process your request.

Please note that the due to the high material cost, labor intensive process of production & very small batches, our essential oil perfume line (fern, flora, drift, dusk, ember) is non-refundable, so please be sure you love the scent before ordering. We encourage you to order a sample vial of our perfume prior to ordering the full sized bottle if you are unsure if you will like it in person :)

NOTE: We are unable to cover any return shipping fees. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
