Wholesale Terms + FAQ

Thank you for your interest in carrying Ginger June Candle Co. We’re grateful to partner with independent retailers and thoughtfully selected shops that feel like a natural fit for our brand.

Please review the following information before placing a wholesale order.

Wholesale Account Approval

Wholesale ordering is available to approved business accounts purchasing Ginger June products for resale.

To apply, submit an account request through our wholesale page. Approved buyers must sign in using the email address associated with their company account to access wholesale pricing.

A valid tax ID and applicable resale documentation are required for wholesale account approval.

All wholesale accounts are subject to approval. We reserve the right to decline an application if we determine that the retailer or store is not the right fit for Ginger June, or if we have an existing exclusivity agreement with another retailer near your location.

Approval of a wholesale account does not automatically include geographic exclusivity.

Pricing + Minimum Orders

Our standard wholesale pricing is 50% off retail pricing for products included in our wholesale catalog.

The minimum wholesale merchandise subtotal is $150, excluding shipping and applicable taxes.

We require a minimum quantity of 2 units per item/SKU.

Current pricing and product availability are shown within your wholesale account.

Promotions + Discounts

General Ginger June website sales, discount codes, free-shipping promotions, and other retail offers do not apply to wholesale orders unless specifically stated otherwise.

From time to time, we may offer additional promotions or special offers exclusively for our wholesale partners.

Payment + Net 30 Terms

Orders may be placed directly through your approved wholesale account on our website.

We also offer Net 30 payment terms to approved wholesale accounts. Net 30 invoices are due in full within 30 days of the invoice date.

Processing + Shipping

Wholesale orders typically ship within 3–6 business days. Turnaround times may vary depending on order size, product availability, seasonal demand, and holidays.

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location and the most appropriate available shipping option.

If you have a preferred shipping carrier or special shipping request, please contact cass@gingerjune.com.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before submitting your order.

Cancellations + Order Changes

We will do our best to accommodate cancellations or order changes requested within 24 hours of order placement.

Because we often begin processing orders quickly—sometimes within an hour—we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made once fulfillment has begun.

Please email cass@gingerjune.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact cass@gingerjune.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the damaged product and packaging, and let us know whether you would prefer a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Returns

All wholesale sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted.

If you are new to Ginger June and would prefer to try products before placing a larger wholesale order, please contact cass@gingerjune.com about placing a smaller sample order.

Authorized Sales Channels

Ginger June products purchased wholesale may be sold through your approved retail location and/or your business’s own website.

Retailers may not sell Ginger June products through third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, Etsy, or similar platforms, without prior written authorization from Ginger June Candle Co.

Retail Displays

We do not currently offer retail displays or display fixtures for wholesale accounts.

Exclusivity

Retail exclusivity is not automatically included with a wholesale account.

We may maintain geographic or territory agreements with select retailers in certain markets. If exclusivity is important to your shop, please contact us to discuss availability in your area.
